A Variety of Crescent Rolls

October 5, 2011

This barely counts as a recipe, but it was a lot of fun and I thought I’d share with you.  I bought a package of crescent rolls and decided to make a few different kinds for lunch.  I made pizza, peanut butter chocolate chip, and cinnamon sugar.  They were all delicious, and I will definitely make these again and try new varieties. It was super easy, fun, and you can be as creative as you want!  I know Amy and Libby have used crescent rolls to make pigs in a blanket before which was also delicious. These would be great to make for parties, appetizers, or snacks.

Have fun and enjoy!

Pizza, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, and Cinnamon Sugar Crescent Rolls

Pizza: Place 4-5 pepperonis and half a cheese stick at the top of the crescent roll

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip: Spread peanut butter on the whole crescent roll and add chocolate chips

Cinnamon Sugar: lightly butter the crescent roll then spoon a mixture of cinnamon and sugar (just mix them up in a bowl) and add to the roll

Roll from top to bottom and bake according to the directions on the package.

SO GOOD!  Pizza was my favorite and I dipped them in ranch and marinara.  Then I tried the other 2 flavors for dessert.  Yummy!
