My friend has made more than a few comments about how good the food I bake looks. His birthday was last week so I decided to bake him a little something. I’ve had my eye on these s’mores cookies for awhile, and thought it would be a fun and tasty little gift. Plus, I already had most of the ingredients at home, and only needed to run out to buy the marshmallows and Hershey’s bars (How conventient!). I love how these turned out! I think they look really cool with the little “Hershey’s” imprints still visible, and they taste great. People commented that they are an upgraded chocolate chip cookie. The marshmallow makes them nice and chewy, and the Hershey’s chocolate makes for one delicious chocolatey bite. I’ll definitely be making these again! Try them out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!
Gather your ingredients
Crush up the graham crackers, and combine with flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Beat together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Once creamy, add the eggs.
Beat in the flour mixture until smooth
Fold in the chocolate chips by hands
Form dough into about 1 inch circles
Bake for 8 minutes. Decorate the cookies with marshmallows and Hershey’s by slightly pressing them down into the cookie, and bake again for another 2-3 minutes. And tada – you have a cookie reminiscent of your favorite camp fire treat.

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (I used about 5 graham crackers and just crushed them up in a ziploc baggie)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash of cinnamon
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup grown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
3 Hershey bars, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees (Skip this step and come back to it later if you want to chill your cookie dough)
2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt, and dash of cinnamon. Set aside.
3. In a second largery bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, and beat well. Slowly beat in the flour mixture until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet .
4. Bake for 8 minutes, and remove from the oven. Push 3-4 marshmallows and a few pieces of Hershey bar into each cookie. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes. Cool cookies on a wire rack.
